	Billie Pommier A Harbor Beach resident, I first began my real estate career in Kankakee, Illinois and later moved to Fort Lauderdale where I immediately obtained my Florida Real Estate License and joined the team of Mollie McClure Meyers Realty. After years in the medical profession and working part-time in Real Estate, in November 2008 I decided it was time to work full time as a Real Estate professional. As a realtor in Fort Lauderdale, I have in depth local knowledge and can provide you with the information you need on home buying, home selling, financing and owning real estate. 	Perry Nagel Perry has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. He was born and raised in the Fort Lauderdale area and received his International Finance /Marketing degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He began his real estate career by working with Merrill Lynch Relocation as well as Prudential Relocation. His experience in purchasing and selling individual residential homes on behalf of relocating employees has given him significant insight into the entire real estate industry. ..Perry also has his CAM (Community Association Manager) license and has managed many upscale luxury high-rises in both the South Florida area as well as Texas.

	Linda Laytner Linda was raised in a real estate family in her native Fort Lauderdale. She is a graduate of Florida State University. Linda's husband Ron is an acclaimed international photojournalist. They have two great kids. Their son Lance resides in Manhattan with his lovely wife. Their daughter Lindsey studies at the University of Florida. Linda will gladly help with any real estate need. She specializes in working with Buyers and Sellers at Point Of Americas being an owner there herself for many years, as well as Fort Lauderdale waterfront homes. Becoming acquainted with Mollie Meyers in 1998 while purchasing her beach house on Fort Lauderdale Beach was encouraged to get her Real Estate license and join the company. 	James A Cook I moved from Rochester, NY to Pompano Beach in 1990, and have been at the same location ever since. Prior to moving, I was a broker with Nothnagle Gallery of Homes, Rochester's largest real estate firm, with over 18 offices. After a few years in the medical profession, I again, became interested in real estate and jumped back into the real estate business when I noticed that "For Sale" signs were sitting on properties for long periods of time. That was about ten years ago. You know, once a realtor, always a realtor, and so, I've been with Mollie McClure Meyers, Inc. real estate office ever since. My goal and mission are to listen to what people want, and then to help them realize those dreams. I'm happiest when both seller and buyer are satisfied. Recently, I've begun watercolor painting. I'm taking lessons and showing my work around South Florida. It is a soothing and relaxing pasttime, when I'm not working.
	Richard Cinanni Following a 37 year career in the IT business, primarily working for Fortune 100 companies, I retired. Over the years, I've bought and sold a number of properties in Rochester, NY and South Florida. I've seen my share of market swings. Toward the end of my IT career, I began education to get a real estate license, and immediately joined Mollie McClure Meyers, Inc. I feel that real estate is both an excellent investment and opportunity to live comfortably in a home that works for me. With my knowledge and many years of living experience, I'm attuned to clients' wants and needs, and my purpose as an agent is to provide them with solutions that satisfy them. In my spare time, I maintain websites, and serve as treasurer and secretary of a condo association. I look froward to serving you.
	Daniel Bangs After living in Costa Rica, Daniel relocated to Fort Lauderdale. Upon receiving his Florida Real Estate License, he immediately joined the team at Mollie McClure Meyers, Inc. Daniel brings many years of real estate experience with him having been active in the industry in Pennsylvania, New York and Costa Rica. He also owned insurance agencies for over 15 years and understands the importance of customer service. In addition to joining our team, he owns a travel agency specializing in custom travel to Costa Rica. Daniel currently resides in Croissant Park.
	Marco Ballarin Traveling Europe extensively and completing studies in business and interior decoration in Milan, Italy, Marco comes to us with a wealth of understanding and first hand experience in the international markets. Having met and exceeded many challenges in the corporate world as a salesperson we are proud to have Marco join our office. Marco's hobbies are scuba diving (Instructor Level), snorkeling, and videography. Find some of his credits in National Geographic. He is fluent in English and Italian. Marco is not only known to bring success to his Buyers and Sellers but also to huge new construction projects nationally.
